Our historic hall offers the character of a traditional rural gathering place, with the flexibility to accommodate celebrations both large and small.
From decorations and dancing to potlucks and presentations, you can transform the space to suit your occasion while enjoying a building that has stood as part of our community's story for generations.
Your rental includes:

Spacious main hall with a maximum occupancy of 120 people

Tables and seating: Six 8-foot rectangular tables, ten 6-foot round tables, and 130 chairs

Kitchen access for your event preparations

Two restrooms
-
Corner stage for music, speakers, presentations, or performances

Outdoor field and grounds for additional gathering space

On-site parking for your guests

You're helping preserve a historic community gathering place and supporting the continued work of Marion Grange #276.
Every gathering helps keep this hall an active part of our community, not simply a reminder of its past.
Rental Deposits & Requirements
All rentals require event insurance and a refundable security deposit.
Refundable security deposits:

Monday–Thursday: $100
-
Friday–Sunday: $200
-
Additional alcohol deposit, if applicable: $300
Security deposits are separate from rental fees and are refundable according to the terms of the rental agreement.
Planning to serve alcohol?
A Washington State Banquet Permit is required under our hall rental policy for events serving alcohol. Alcohol-related rentals also require the additional security deposit listed above. Other state requirements and restrictions may apply.

Marion Grange Hall #276 Rental Agreement & Cancellation Policy
The renter agrees upon the following terms and conditions:

The Renter Agrees:
​
- to not modify the Marion Grange without preapproval from Marion Grange management, including but not limited to use of nails or screws
- no smoking in the building or illegal activity on the property
- to throw all trash in the dumpster
- clean any spills/messes
- report any damages promptly to the Marion Grange management
- to be responsible for any damages incurred while renting
- turn down heat to 50 degrees when leaving rental (if applicable)
- turn off lights and any appliances when leaving
- lock dumpster and doors when leaving

Cancellation Policy
​
A full refund (except a 4% processing fee) will be returned if the rental is cancelled within 72 hours.
If the rental cancellation is after 72 hours but before two calendar weeks before the reserved rental date, 50% of the rental will be refunded.
Cancellation of a rental within two calendar weeks of the rental date forfeits the full rental cost.
